The claiming of Block Credit Transfer (BCT) on GELS (Strands 1-3) upon completion of the SEP by the FT UG students who were admitted in the 2023/24 academic year or before.
Admission

Credit transfer arrangement upon admission of New Six Arts Courses is only allowed for the Year-1 entrants from eligible Associate Degree (AD)/ Higher Diploma (HD) graduates with good CGPA but failed to gain entry to senior year from the 2024/25 academic year and onwards.
Change of Programme

Credit transfer arrangement due to change of programme within EdUHK is only allowed for students who completed GELS (Strands 1-3) on or before the 2023/24 academic year or completed a set of New Six Arts Courses starting from the 2024/25 academic year and onwards.

Students who have registered for any 2-cp or 1-cp course only in a set of New Six Arts Courses will be randomly assigned to the corresponding 1-cp or 2-cp course within the same semester by GEO/Faculties/Departments/Programme Offices.

If student(s) fail any New Six Arts Courses, please refer to the follow-up procedures listed below.
